The video speaks volumes about the native Americans and their love of nature and environment. They took what they needed to substain themselves and never decimated wildlife or fauna and learned to live in a symbiotic relationship with nature. They were the true stewards of America. Great video and music, Spadecaller.

Most nomadic people did this. Let's not over-romanticize the Native Americans. Don't get me wrong -- they've probably suffered more than any other group on the planet (and continue to do so under genocidal policies) -- but they are, like everyone else, human -- with human failings to go along with the most beautiful expressions of humanity.

Thanks for posting this here SC. I remember learning this song in Kindergaren. I've always loved this song. What a fitting tribute to Woody Guthrie and Native Americans.

Thanks CM. I also have an affinity for "George" and the orchids. We used to have a lizard just like the one in the picture; in fact that was his name. He was magnificent. I had built a vivarium with a waterfall, a small filtered pond with tropical fish, and various living flora. Temperature and humidity were controlled automatically and full spectrum lighting matched a 24 hour cycles with the sunrise, daylight, sunset, twilight, and night. My youngest son loved George and helping me keep the vivarium clean.
