People need to go back to the basic values. Officers can be firm and polite simultaneously, there is no contradiction between the two.

      It's darn seldom that I agree with Locky but he's right on this one. We're too willing to condemn the agent without knowing the full set of facts. Millions of people cross the borders daily without incident. What happened here to change that.
