Craigslist says that Cook County, Illinois Sheriff Tom Dart doesn't have a leg to stand on in his lawsuit over the website's "erotic services" section, which Dart says facilitates prostitution.

No, not even a third leg.

    And they will probably win in court. Our Supreme Court thinks that pornography and smut are protected by the first amendment but that conservative talk radio isn't.

    I wonder why Sheriff Dart doesn't just go after DARPA for "facilitation"? After all, they created the Internet that made Craigslist possible, right?
