Well...I'll probably be gone by 2050, but I wouldn't be ready for 11 billion people, I can't even fathom it. Unless there's some (god forbid) pandemic or people don't start being more responsible about bringing children into this world...I don't know, could be more then 11 billion.

The way I calculate the people per square mile would be about 240 per square mile of land. Of course about 30% of that land mass would not be livable, so that would mean about 343 people per square mile. But then you have to provide for crops and animals and, well you get the picture.
So maybe after crop and animal food areas are removed we are starting to get squeezed. Subtracting this needed area out leaves about 1 person per acre.
So there's nothing to worry about - unless of course I left something out.
How about cemeteries, and non living structures, and ........
It's going to be crowded. -
