As President Obama took office in Washington DC another American ceremony took place 9,000 miles away. In the Royal Palace of Cambodia, the newly appointed US Ambassador presented her diplomatic credentials to Cambodia's King Sihamoni. Protocol dictates an official exchange of gifts...but WHAT do you give a King?
