Star Trek News: More Movie News and a Possible New Series »

CinemaBlend.com is reporting that the new Chekov, Anton Yelchin is one of the front runners for the role of Hal Jordan in the new Green Lantern movie which will be produced by DC Comics. While the site's opinion is that the young man doesn't fit the bill, I would respectfully remind them that many people were skeptical when Michael Keaton was cast as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the first Batman movie. Time will tell if Yelchin gets the role, but I do wish him luck in his career.
