    Vitamin C - one of God's miracle compounds! It also cuts down on colds & strengthens your immune system.

    Did you know it is also found in produce besides citrus? One of the best sources is peppers, especially red ones & hot ones.

    It's also interesting to note that capiscum, the part of the red pepper which makes it hot, is also used as an anti-inflammatory. Wonder of that's where the Vitamin C resides?
