What hope is there for Tibet as a distant outpost of Beijing?
The Dalai Lama has just made his strongest statement in a very long time - it seems that suffering in silence is no longer an option.

  Not such a distant outpost since the Chinese put in the train so they could breed out the Tibetans with a flood of Han Chinese. Sadly.
