    What I find interesting is the lack of any in-depth analysis. The reality is that President Obama's approval rating of 60% here at the outset of his presidency is almost exactly the same as Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. It is actually about 10 points lower than Jimmy Carter. And it is only slightly higher than Bill Clinton and both George H.W. and George W. Bush. It isn't really all that remarkable for a new president.

    Go do the research and you'll see the same thing. Remarkable that the news article does nothing to put this into context.
