Posted By Beau7890 9 months, 1 week ago in NewsAngry investors rubbed shoulders with busy lawyers and dozens of photographers outside the US district court in Manhattan early Thursday morning, shortly before Bernard Madoff was scheduled to plead guilty to carrying out what could be the biggest fraud in history.
Mr Madoff is expected to admit to all 11 counts in the criminal information that prosecutors filed earlier in the week. The charges range from wire fraud and money laundering to making false filings to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Notably, they do not include conspiracy, something that would have required Mr Madoff to say he worked with others.

I agree RedRiverJ ABSOLUTELY no plea deal. How in the hell could anyone think he deserves any deals?

He doesn't want a plea deal. If he doesn't have a plea deal, he is under no obligation to disclose who else was involved in the scheme nor where any of the money is. He purposely avoided a plea deal to protect his wife and some assets for her.
