Is the administration trying to make vets pay for treatment of their injuries, or is the administration looking to make commercial insurance pay primary, as it does with many Medicare (MSP) beneficiaries?
These are two separate issues. If the agenda is to make vets pay out of pocket, its shameful. If it is merely a question of coordination of benefits, Hotair bimbos should stop living up to their names and speak plainly.
