    um, Lula's last name is DA SILVA, not SILVA.

    so, who just offended Lula?

    you simply have no idea about brasilians, how they use their names or their attitudes.

    btw, Lula was NOT offended by the quote marks around his name. and you can't find me a statement from him or his aides that say he was, can you? (and if some writer from the American Thinker -whatever that is - tries to infer it, it doesn't make it true)

    and if that wasn't enough...
    Lula's Minister of Strategic Affairs, Roberto Mangabeira Unger, was Obama's professor at Harvard. In a recent interview, Unger said that he regards Obama as a friend and respects what the calls his moral and intellectual qualities.

    SO...time to put on your little helmet and get in the little yellow bus where you belong.
