Back on Tuesday when JS showed the old clip of wimpy, pathetic Cramer and whining for people to "please by Bear stock" 7 weeks prior to their collapse, I thought if this goes where I think its going JS will eat this guy alive. If CNBC really cared they'd have sent someone with backbone...I'm sure they could have hired someone from another network!

I watched it (I almost never watch The Daily Show, but wanted to see the face off) and couldn't believe what a wimp Jim Cramer was. For someone who spent so much of the past week on the offensive, posturing for his audience like he was ready to rumble, he sure went belly up pretty quick. So quick, in fact, that within the first minute of the "interview" John Stewart had to stop and ask Jim Cramer why he had been so upset since now he seems to be so agreeable. Everything Stewart said, Cramer replied with "you're right" or "we all need to be held accountable" or "I've made mistakes and you're right to call me out on them."

    Huh?

I'm with John Stewart.......if he has no apparent problem with what was said or the points that were made, then why did he spend this past week throwing such a tantrum about it all? Even when he was confronted with flat out lies on the show (like when he said that he always tried to expose the hedge fund frauds and didn't really do it himself then was shown the clip of his own show by Stewart where he brags about doing it and explains how others can do it to) he just blushed and let John Stewart steamroll him. It was pretty pathetic. I have to admit, I only watched to see the fireworks, but I almost felt sorry for him before it was over. How sad to be a grown man on national television, yet still be such a wimp..too scared to say to someone's face what he's been shouting to everyone else. Is John Stewart really THAT scary that he couldn't stand up to him?

I really believe that Cramer thought that this was going to be a comedy bit. NBC seemed to be taking this thing a lot more seriously than either of the two supposed "combatants." I think 99% of the shouting stuff is part of Cramer's act, but that is what NBC thought they were getting when he went on TDS.

Cramer was like a beaten dog with his tail between his legs. Pitiful.

I really enjoyed the interview, and was impressed with Stewart's ability to do a professional and serious interview.
