I cannot imagine a more miserable existance than that which the Taliban imposes. These men are lost in to a dogma that makes no sense. Forcing people to believe as you do shows your beliefs have zero credibility.

They can only succeed if they keep the populace ignorant. Yet (as with many religions) this is a complete suppression of free will. They are afraid that if the women and girls become educated they will learn exactly how foolish Islam really is. This is stuff straight out of the Middle Ages only with more sophisticated weapons.
If there truly were a God these men would never have littered the earth with their DNA. They are like a plague on the societies they inhabit. -
