Yonkers resident Denise Delgado Brown, 51, was pulling up to the front door of the Shervier Apartment Building to drop off two friends. As she was getting out her car, police say she was suddenly struck by the arrow.

When I lived in Brooklyn in the 70's there was a series of attacks by an archer. He would ride around in a van the back door would open, he shot some anonymous person with the arrow, and then drove off. Had everyone pretty afraid at the time I remember.
