The idea of Cryptic making a Marvel MMORPG is pretty intriguing. On one hand, Marvel sued Cryptic a short time ago because some of the possibilities in CoH character creation allowed users to make virtual duplicates of Marvel characters. On the other hand, CoH is a fun game, but it's not quite up to par quality-wise with other MMORPGs.

I played CoH in beta and for a good six months after release. It was surprisingly stable and fun. The character customization is still better than any MMORPG out. You're not going to find a better way to make hero after hero after hero without running out of ideas/themes to experiment with.
