Every member of the European Union along with Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Australia have signed this French resolution at the United Nations. The United States was the lone western power which had not signed on to the resolution when it was first presented during the Bush administration. President Obama has taken a crucial step toward recognizing that gays and lesbians are human too.

This is another example of how Obama is inclusive of others. Where Bush took the typical neo-con position of discriminating against anyone who isn't just like him, Obama reviews this and decides to sign it. He really didn't have to politically because I don't think that many people were paying attention to it.

Always nice to see there are still some devoted hateful bigots out there.

There have always been laws, morals or ethical guidelines in place in societies regarding incest.
This is not true for homosexuality.
Even the Bible doesn't condemn homosexuality, but instead condemns a single homosexual act between two men.
Go sell your hatred elsewhere. No one's buying it. -

Yet, when a man and woman sleep together it disgusts some gays and lesbians. Outright accusing gays of not loving one another is absurd. Do you know and understand what is in their hearts and minds? Sounds to me like you are simply being judgmental and not particularly tolerant. Gays and lesbians have been around for thousands of years, get used to the idea that they will be around for thousands more.

Why in the world would I get used to something that is not morally right? Are you not above the animals? I will never accept any reasoning for this very unnatural and appalling thing. I've listened to gays talk and it's all about perversion. No tolerance is acceptable.EVER!!!!!!!

Males do not represent two discrete populations, heterosexual and homosexual. The world is not to be divided into sheep and goats. It is a fundamental of taxonomy that nature rarely deals with discrete categories... The living world is a continuum in each and every one of its aspects.

While emphasizing the continuity of the gradations between exclusively heterosexual and exclusively homosexual histories, it has seemed desirable to develop some sort of classification which could be based on the relative amounts of heterosexual and homosexual experience or response in each history... An individual may be assigned a position on this scale, for each period in his life.... A seven-point scale comes nearer to showing the many gradations that actually exist.

quote: shiane63 This statement: "Why in the world would I get used to something that is not morally right? Are you not above the animals?" and this one: "I will never accept any reasoning for this very unnatural and appalling thing" are mutual exclusive. You cannot say something should be above animals and then declare it unnatural when it isn't. Also for the same line: "I will never accept any reasoning for this very unnatural and appalling thing." I will point out very simply that it is natural. In point of fact at least one species of animal mates with a same sex partner for life. Quote: "I've listened to gays talk and it's all about perversion." Simply put gay folk talk about the same things as non-gay folk so I find that statement absolutely ridiculous. Quote: "No tolerance is acceptable.EVER!!!!!!!" This quote well it pretty much speaks for itself doesn't it? It defines you as something I typical refrain from calling people. In fact statements such as this show a total lack of moral character. So the hypocrisy of calling something immoral when you define yourself as immoral by your own words is rather enlightening.
