The State of Louisiana has violated the "full faith and credit" clause of the US Constitution. The Federal District judge has issued a ruling and the State must comply. Yes, Louisiana will appeal, but the 5th Circuit should reject a stay of the order during the appeal. As for the hastily thrown together attempt at keeping the dads off the birth certificate through legislation; that too, will violate the US Constitution. A court order of adoption has been filed in New York. Louisiana should honor it.

This by far the most gay thing I have ever heard. Double sperm no egg!!
    Now that is a birth.
Why not just issue a NY birth certificate. That is where they adopted the child!!
Why do they have to shove gayness up the butt of Louisiana?

They may have adopted or have one dad. The birth mother should be on the birth certificate, especially for heritage and medical reasons!!

    Two dads is physically impossible!!!
