The State of Louisiana has violated the "full faith and credit" clause of the US Constitution. The Federal District judge has issued a ruling and the State must comply. Yes, Louisiana will appeal, but the 5th Circuit should reject a stay of the order during the appeal. As for the hastily thrown together attempt at keeping the dads off the birth certificate through legislation; that too, will violate the US Constitution. A court order of adoption has been filed in New York. Louisiana should honor it.

Now that is a birth.
Why not just issue a NY birth certificate. That is where they adopted the child!!
Why do they have to shove gayness up the butt of Louisiana?-

Why issue a New York birth certificate if the child was born in Louisiana? This is a case of one state granting "full faith and credit" to the laws of another state. A legitimate court in New York ruled that the child should was legally adopted by two men in New York. The Federal Court intervened so that the men could obtain a legal birth certificate from the state in which the child was born. Louisiana was not accepting of the legal adoption of the child by the men. That act is in violation of the US Constitution. Your rant about "double sperm, no egg" is false. The child is far beyond that stage of existence.

Suppose for example, you adopted a child born in another state. Would you not also want the child's birth certificate from the child's home state? -
