Amazon sued by Discovery for Patent Infringement »
Posted By biancalauren 9 months, 2 weeks ago in Science & TechnologyKindle, the e-reader wireless device that Amazon launched recently was proven to be Discovery’s brainchild as what the recent lawsuit says. A lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Delaware claiming Discovery founder John Hendricks was the one who created the idea of digitizing tv and print content. Although in 2004, he sold the patents for digitizing tv content but not for e-reader patents. Thus making them the latest addition to the growing number of companies and organizations who are unhappy to the existence of Kindle.
