    Something not mentioned is that it might have the effect of having these business go overseas. Taxing has driven other business over seas.

    Staight out any extra taxation is unconstitutional. Another question is are we going to tax all those in DC extra also for signing this into law without even reading it?

    Lets be honest this could not have happened if those in DC were doing their jobs correctly.They are NOW also responsible.
