Oh! So you think she keeps her tokens in there? Bus/subway?
My idea was:
a) She doesn't know what reserve currency means [perhaps believes that its in that china piggy-bank that you have to smash to get it out of]
b) She is completely out of her mind and should get urgent help - brain-scans, a month in the Bahamas - oops no! they have $'s too that are nothing like US ones
c) Both of the above and will spend the next month fiddling with a knife to get it out so that she can go on holiday in... the Bahamas, naturally.
