the alarm on this subject was sounded during bush.

that's when the Amero was brought up as a real idea. it was conceived of and even designed during the bush years, by the neocons.

so, this is in NO WAY obama's idea.

  Actually, the alarm was sounded in 1998, during the tech bubble. I'm sure other people saw the problem as early as Bush Senior, Reagan, and even Carter.
