Or if he does guess what would happen. A. the parents will buy either the condo, loft, town/row home (Whatever the equivalent is in Britain.) because it's a good investment. B. the kid gets to live there. C. The kid doesn't make the mortgage payments, the parents do, and may not have to pay for the utilities because he's in school. We've this here in the Twin Cities. It's CRAZY.
