                Who said he'd move out?

                Or if he does guess what would happen. A. the parents will buy either the condo, loft, town/row home (Whatever the equivalent is in Britain.) because it's a good investment. B. the kid gets to live there. C. The kid doesn't make the mortgage payments, the parents do, and may not have to pay for the utilities because he's in school. We've this here in the Twin Cities. It's CRAZY.

                he will never learn to appreciate anything he will always expect everything and never know what it feels like to work and have that sense of earning it on your own..without self worth you are worthless no matter what you own...
