This is a Bush law from 2008. People want to blame Obama without even looking into this whole thing.......Wow, fools are abundant.

  the clip even mentions the start date was pushed back.
  
  big money has been looking at this for years. it drives them crazy to think of all the additional money they could be getting. enough is never enough.
  
  i feel their power transcends presidents. bush and obama are equal from their side. obama's ability to cross them is limited, despite his wishes.

  I heard that in the clip, as well. I also can understand berkeleys point, however, he needs to come out against this. I'm going to be keeping an eye out for further information, I hope to see a stance by Obama that is for preserving our rights and liberties, not continuing the erosion.
