The members of Congress, the President, and the government as a whole, the several, all should be pro-"fill in the blank", or they will never be proficient in their duties. Government has an obligation to represent everyone, or they did not vest the Powers of government with all the people, and the courts did not meet the obligation to carry out the due process.

Now...we know why they do not allow some to vote...
The correct situation, is never take away the representation of prisoners, or anyone and never remove the right to vote from any individual and get rid of those tyrants! This is why there are limits to those who hold public office.
Another correction, is never elect the one with the most money...and never allow that situation to happen...I laugh at Congress for making us use their play money anyway. It's something that will destroy them...not us...we are just innocent slaves! -
