But that is external beauty. There are many beautiful people who live their life in kindness and compassion for others and most will never be known as such, because of the lack of external beauty.

Most people who use cosmetic surgery and an excess of normal cosmetics, are buying into a fantasy.Firstly they believe beauty is"first appearances".Secondly they think that face-lifts,boob jobs, nose jobs and the like, increase how attractive they are.In truth, cosmetic surgery, hardly ever improves how people look.Face lifts don't make women look younger, they just look like they have less lines. This is at the price of having a stretched skin and a lack of facial mobility.Women who have lips pumped up like balloons, look plain silly.

The whole idea of buying into the superficial"beauty"fantasy,is a terrible reflection of the shallowness of western society.
