    It's good to see some headway being made toward modifying loans. Unfortunately, the swell of those not able to modify seems to be growing. Job creation needs to happen quicker if more foreclosures are to be averted.

      Well we need more help for those unemployed those are the ones loosing everything. But I guess what they are doing now is a start.
