Good luck with your football team the next few years. Recruiting is really going to be fun after this fiasco.
What a bunch of Catholic crapola!

FTA- Sarkozy said he was not pointing the finger of blame and he praised Obama and Brown, but he added that Franco-German demands on tighter regulation of financial institutions and bankers' pay were non-negotiable.

"This has to be a worldwide decision to inject new ethics into trader remuneration," he said, in a combative tone. "These are our red lines. We are totally prepared to discuss other things so long as these issues are clearly dealt with and solved."

I think the guy has a good point.

Who is actually going to get the money?

The people who really need it or the bankers who handle the exchange?

So far it's just been the bankers...

brown is preening and crowing strutting the stage like this is his show. obama rolls into town with the full vegas circus like he's elvis from the afterlife. sarkozy is like a kid stomping his feet trying to pull the plug on as much as he can because nobody's paying attention to him. oh, and merkel walks him home from school and holds his books. and all the while they're all in waiting for the one guy who can make a difference who stays low-key, out of sight and well under the radar - hu jintao.

this should be called the g2. hu speaks, obama takes notes

We're getting choreography, the steps have been already decided. On the BBC the political commentator said,"a form of words have been agreed, days ago.All that is happening is fine tuning" Obama is not going to be seen to fail,on his first major conference abroad. As it's here in London,Brown will come out looking OK too.The gist though, isn't on whats agreed,or not,but if it works or not!

Does anyone else find Geithner creepy? The way he looks up while his head is looking down and makes strange hand gestures.

Him and Rahm in the same room would freak me out ...
