Good story newslover. This would be a good thing for the world if it happens. The SALT talks were a good beginning but then we elected Bush.

I seriously doubt that terrorists will ever have the wherewithal to be a Nuclear threat.
Can you imagine someone carrying enough material for a bomb in a suitcase? With Uranium much much heavier than lead what do you think the average suitcase bomb might weigh? It would be upwards of a thousand pounds. And then there's the little matter of triggering it. And don't forget, it would have to be bomb grade, just any ole Uranium wouldn't do.
