Never use these places that loan money...if you use your head...you will build from your pocket with cash. If you do have the needed skills, then walk into the lumber yard and have a chat with the manager...know how to draw up a written contract and give them some interest in the repayment of the total.

Start with a basement, and live the under the first floor untill the top is completed. Set a limit on what you find as debt...and stay in that place you know...and may expect.
Credit...only some credit for your words should be the requirement here, among us. Truth is, insurance can be done in a similar manner also.
A central spot that all could access, could have doctors in clinics, nurses dentists, etc. And all could pitch in to these particular doctors...say ten dollars each month each family.
There is probably even better ideas out among us...just the ordinary people. Well, yes it truth.
