    Rafael this is a good story. But I heard Obama on C-Span a few days ago talking about the value of making higher education accessible to everyone in our United States.

    I agree with him. In fact I think higher education should be free to all those who can qualify above some benchmark, and free to those who can demonstrate their commitment to excel.

    The United States has slipped way down the list of knowledge from that age group and they are the ones who hold our future.

    A week or two ago I noticed news stories about two sets of students who contributed to science. Some college students in India designed the satellite that India is going to put into Polar Orbit this month and some students at the University of Arkansas were involved with professors and the group developed a procedure for detecting breast cancer by chemical analysis of tears from the patients eyes. If it becomes an approved method it might save many women because of the ease of detecting the cancer.
