    Iowa could become the fourth state in the nation to have approved gay marriages. One couple did indeed get married under Judge Hanson's order before he stayed it. Thus, Iowa really did beat California to the altar and marriage equality. Now both states have a chance to allow for equality for all people.

      I read this in the Boston globe today.
