A seventeen year-old student kills himself in direct correlation to the fact that one of his classmates egged him into it, and the opposing side will claim that the defendant kid has the right to say that stuff. If the school, the district and the kid get away with this crime, Ohio law will have proven once again how biased and discriminatory it is. The teacher should be suspended pending an inquiry.
