        Yes GehLady I think he must have been, what he says makes a lot of sence, even if it has nothing to do with the story.

        I think he is arguing that concealed weapons have been used just as many or more times in the prevention of crime than in the commission of it, but the prevention side is not reported by the media. Still, statistics on this issue should exist somewhere, and I would be interested in seeing it.
