Sopunds like the problem is at your end; propeller is coming through loud and clear here, on a cool sunny morning.

I hope it works out for you and that Tom doesn't read you the riot act for waking him up four times in one night!
[perhaps "propeller never sleeps - but keeps yawning" would be a great selling strategy and we could get MILLIONS of aol'ers here 24 hours a day?]

'Mr Reeves said:" It's a simple but, I believe, effective plan that involves the banks doing two things. One: start lending money again. And two: stop being co**suckers."'

Yes indeed!
They probably could have reached concensus much more rapidly be e-mail.
They might not have all been signing on to what they thought they were but since they'll ignore what they don't like it will make little difference..
Probably most of them are miffed that they didn't get a bit of touch-feely from the Queen - like SOME people did. Of course none of these pith-artiths would have dared to do the decent thing and reciprocate either - though they probably had, now forgotten, wild drunken imaginings of something or other. -

"One senior banker said: "Despite everything that's happened it is important to remember that they're just politicians and we're still much, much cleverer than they are."
Other pointless outcomes from today's summit are expected to include: Military-style uniforms for the International Monetary Fund; A pledge to remember to promise more aid to poor people; Extra money for Americans to spend on piece-of-**** cars; and an international network of ropes and pulleys.
The Chinese will demand new measures to boost consumer spending on small plastic objects with sharp edges, the French and Germans have drawn up a list of 18 impossible things that absolutely have to happen, while Britain would just like some nice photographs for Gordon Brown to look at when he stops being prime minister next year."
Well we see why the financial world is so screwy. The bankers still can't see that 1+1=2 instead of 1+1=2,000,000.00. But hey they are smarter than everyone else. LOL
Military style uniforms for the IMF. Well why not??? They are a bunch of Money Mercenaries, they'll war with anyone for the right amount of profit.
The rest is pretty self explanatory.
Good one ind06-
