A story about GOP spitfire Michele Bachmann got the conversation going this week, as did another about the Franken-Coleman smackdown in Minnesota. Meanwhile, the Propeller community also sounded off about General Motors, parenting technique, and fashion tips from ZZ Top.

A very big news week and the Propeller community was on top of it as usual. Great week for the markets as well. Ashamed the week had to end with news of a tragic shooting in N.Y. that has left at least 14 dead.

Whew! This week was work. A lot of controversial stories. I'm sure a lot of conservatives have a Jovial voodoo doll that they love to shove pins into. It has been a good week and thanks James for an excellent write-up, and Tim you're right I know the immigration bureaucracy can sometimes be overwhelming, but that's really extreme. Let's hope we don't get a round of copycats like we always do when some nut goes off kilter.

You were certainly fast out of the traps this week James!
          A contentious one it was..
Oriental Medicine sees Spring as a time when Anger is a dominant emotion.
I hope that next week you'll find space to cover the whole of the Obama European adventure.
          All best, g.
