I'd be laughing at their incompetence. It reminds me of Indian band claims at every little instance. Some of them might have some claim of legitimacy, but the idea of flooding the issue with threats and posturing is probably intended to bring about negotiation and payoffs. let them play. They'll probably blow themselves up.
Letting them destroy themselves -Now that is conservative.
