    The real kicker is that the Republican said it could be built cheaper. Isn't that just like a Republican. I guess he can't help it, you know being a Republican.

    So he believes it would be cheaper to build a new building than it would be to use the one they already have.

    Now that's what I call voodoo math.

      I don't know....
      Sounds like a cool Idea to me.
      If folks want to dish out 2 billion Clams to live in their "Gated" community.
      I wasted a bit of time trying to figure out if you could see the Golden Gated bridge from there, for pun factor.
      There would have to be some heavy duty Historical commission regulation.
      That Santos mural would have to be open to the public.
