Is Obama even more Dangerous than Bush? »
Posted By populist 10 months, 1 week ago in Political NewsWe have carefully watched the new President’s first 100 days and we are appalled. We find that Obama has continued Bush policies affecting the abuses of Wall Street banks, and allowing Wall Street wrongdoers to manage our economy and the “recovery.”

Obama is dealing with what was there after 8 years of casino capatilism and a facist capatalist regime gutting the economy to economically redistribute all money to the super rich.
Reply
The comparison to Bush is just stupid. The rich and powerful are still rich and powerful, and still running the country. The difference is the idiot syncophant regime that voted for the political arm of the rich and powerfull has been dethroned, leaving the biggest pile of crap ever left for elected officials to clean up.
What do you expect, the situation calls for individual attention to each company.
Obama has put a floor under the failure of republican leadership, he has done what was necessary, if you want him to nationalize everything, well that capacity is not there.-

I'm amazed at how stupid the platform of independents is, I'd say 90 of independents are just casino capatilist rppublicans, who were incapable of the stupidity to vote for caribu barbie.
Reply
Independents are incapable of doing anything but bitching about what ever party is in power, thinking that if there just was no government regulation or taxes, they could have their little fudalistic fiefdom, tax free.
But what would happen, is what happened in fuedalistic europe during the dark ages, no federal oversight, states making their own law, warloard billionairs making their own law, deciding who lives and dies and who gets rich (their sons and daughters).
We have evolved politically from the dark ages, independents who bitch and whine and do nothing but feed the asperations of the casino capatalists who would destroy the middle class contribute nothing. -

All the peabrains who were brainwashed by the media will be asking themselves, how they could have been so dumb to have voted for Obummer. Remember now, Obummer promised CHANGE, you voted for change, not having a single clue as to what that change would be. So, you were very stupid, and now we will ALL pay the price of your stupidity.-

I've got union morons in my wife's family already complaining that they made a terrible choice. Obama clearly is not the person they thought he was. Big surprise for those of us who tried to actually learn about him. He's a big time lefty from the kingdom of Daley. Protection and corruption are a "Daley" part of his career. The only good thing that might come out of this if the US doesn't fall from the rot caused by the Obamanation is that having Barry as president, Jimmy Carter is no longer the worst president ever.

Yes I know all you good pseudo-cons truly want the country to fail but in about a year and a half or two years down the road, Bush and the economic wasteland he left President Obama will be a distant memory. Then we can look forward to a sucessful re-election of our Mes....um, President.

The whole world has noticed the change in American leadership, and so has the majority of Americans. But then again the whole world knew it was a mistake to invade and occupy Iraq because they were not tied to 9-11 nor did they have WMD. But still to this day some neo-clowns still beleive all the propaganda the Bush team push out through the MSM, but the world didn't.
We are paying the price of stupidity for sure right now. Guess whose stupidity it is we are paying for? -

You evaluate your own intelligence, punk! There were like 2 economists who dared to predict the economic collapse of '08. Obama did not run his campaign anticipating that half of the worlds wealth would vanish in such a brief period. I am sick and tired of you know-nothings spouting off.
You clearly have zero idea why we voted for Obama. None. Can you read minds? How about the fact that the man can sit down and respond to deep questions in an intelligent and thoughtful way. That's what sold me on him. That and his brilliant speech on race relations which I am sure of which you understood little. And I read it, to avoid allowing his speaking prowess to influence me. McCain was bouncing from position to position and stating that the fundamentals of our economy were sound while we watched our retirement accounts vanish. Sarah Palin was out on the campaign trail spouting hate and doing her best to avoid answering any substantive questions. How can anyone respect that type of campaign?
Three months in, anyone speaking the truth will tell you that you cannot possible predict the results of his ideas and those of his advisors. The same people who are telling you today the numbers don't add up were telling you they did only 8 months ago.
And you dare refer to us as STUPID! STFU! -

That's right move your money to credit unions... No FDIC, no protection and they deal with banks too. As to real estate, that would be a bad investment unless you feel the bottom has been reached. Here in Wisconsin, our property lost about 30% of it's value. On the coasts or other larger cities, we're seeing upwards of 50% losses. Now is the time to invest carefully. McDonald's, Wal-Mart and Kohl's seem to be doing rather well. Energy stocks were doing well but again be careful. Every time Barry opens his mouth about carbon taxes and green solutions it's going to cost "Green".

For Brain Dean and Vor, if things are so bad here, I have a deal for you. I think you and your messiah Obama are screwing up things far worse than any other president including Carter. I will pay for your one way ticket to Cuba, North Korea or where ever you feel is better run. I'll ship whatever you're able to take all you have to do is never return. Go overseas for a few days and then tell me how great socialized medicine really is. How standing in bread lines is fun or how working for a dollar a month is a great career move. I'm so tired of the Anti-American or that everything American is evil. Had the US not come along, the Nazis would have won and most of the world would be speaking German. Polio would still be a global threat. Typhus, cholera, and any number of childhood illnesses would still kill millions.

BB64 - Have you ever been in an urban hospital's emergency room? have you seen people shaking in pain in the waiting room? have you seen people lined up on gurneys in corridors? Have you seen the outrageous billing of those who do not have medical insurance? Have you seen retired people having to make the choice between buying food or life sustaining medicines?
Reply
There is no such thing as the "family doctor" anymore, more money is to be made by specializing.
If you have seen these things & you still think our system is better , then please take your blinders off.
By the way - aren't veterans hospitals sort of like socialized medicine?
Were do you go if you're sick ? Vet hospital? - med insurance, that many can't afford? -

Hold on there, who is complaining about America! I am completely fed up with you badmouthing YOUR president and beating down America. You want to point out specifics (as we did with Bush and Cheney) that's one thing but this random hate is Palinesque. I am not leaving MY country under any orders of some fascist dictator as you seem to fancy yourself. I also happen to visit Europe quite often and I actually talk to Europeans. I have never heard a one of them complain about their medical care. What you are spouting is the usual xenophobic rhetoric. Americans are a whopping 3% of the worlds population. We should not ignore or belittle different cultures. That is sheer ignorance. We should only work on improving our own society. I hope you are out in your community doing volunteer work as I do every week.
Reply
You simply can't handle the fact that your beloved Republican Party has been voted out of power. That goes for the whole lot of you. We lived through 8 years of Reagan and 12 years of the Bush's and Clinton never had a Democratic majority to work with. Sit back and learn to deal with it. That's pretty much what we had to do. Do you think we enjoyed a single minute of this? Now it's your turn. Ranting on Propeller will not change the reality of your current position.
"Had the US not come along, the Nazis would have won and most of the world would be speaking German. Polio would still be a global threat. Typhus, cholera, and any number of childhood illnesses would still kill millions."
Exactly which party did the President who guided us through WWII represent? I suppose this will set off on an anti-Roosevelt screed? Clearly you have some real issues with love of your countries political system and accepting the will of the people. That means the will of all Americans. Not just the mostly lily white segment that represents the GOP.
I have got two words for you if you think we don't we love America. No need to put them in print.

It really is quite astonishing, that there were plenty of RED FLAGS and warning signs about Obama, with his rotten associations to the likes of Terrorists William Aires, the America hater Reverend Write etc...but yet, the Dems/libs refused to hear it. Did you nimrods learn anything from that? I doubt that you did. It's a sad day in our country, to know there are so many ignorant citizens here.

The problem was that Obummer courted the most ignorant, those who didn't know whether George Bush was a republican or democrat or who Nancy Pelosi is or what party she represented. The only thing those folks wanted or cared about was a free lunch, a six pack and a pack of cigarettes. Btw, I hope Obama eats the UAW's lunch and leaves only the kooky kool aid for them to survive on, now that's sweet! -

Well Poppy, I saw this during the primary. CNN was letting unspoken truths out with the coverage they gave Obummer. When ever I would try to raise word on not voting Obamma I was called a racist. So I stopped the comments. Racism had nothing to do with the lines I was reading between. Now comes the give him a benefit of a doubt years. I've a feeling my doubt may be right also.

um, no. hell no.
if, for the next eight years, Obama and his cronies line their pockets while they contunue to further destroy the world economy then invade a nation that didn't attack us and kill hundreds of thousands of people, all while ignoring the true hotspots of terrorism and thereby making us more vulnerable to attack...then this question might have a point.
but today? as is?

Well every earmark laced bill would be vetoed saving tax payers Billions. You would still have your 4th Amendment rights. We would not be cutting funding for missile defense at a time when our enemies are testing long range missiles. And 2000 people in Marietta Ga would still have their jobs.

When Obama substantially weakens our defenses and makes it easier for terrorists to attack us yes he is much more dangerous. It's only a matter of time before another terrorist attack on American soil occurs. Of course explaining this to the brain dead morons who voted in Obama bin Laden will be a waste of time. The IQ of the average nazi liberal seems to have dropped several points since Jan. 20. And U drones won't be able to blame Bush when it happens either.

gotta love it when cons say Obama is making us more vulnerable to terrorist attacks.
Reply
this is usually followed (or preceeded) by the con-mantra of Bush-kept-us-safe-no-attacks-on-American-soil-sinc...
but this rather ridiculous line of thinking ignores (hello, denial) two major points.
one: there were plently of attacks on american soil post 911, from the anthrax attacks to all the attacks on american embassies and consulates abroad (which count as american soil, btw).
two: more american civilians died at the hands of terrorists during Bush than during any other president in history.
so, enough of the the idea that Obama has, in some way, made us substantially weaker to terrorist attack, especially after Bush, who was an abject failure when it came to protecting American civilians from terrorist attacks. -

There is no greater proof that Obama is now the strongest leader for America in decades,

Not, of course, that Mr. Obama cares.

"Few have been as unjustly tarred-and-feathered as thoroughly as President Bush".
Reply
Hmm.
I think I agree.
There are 2 reasons I do.
First, - it was never bush's fault he became President.
Second, - consider all the low-lifes who abandoned him after he
became radioactive.
True, Bush went to war on false intell after turning the job of analysis to
a group who had decided to go to war, - but was that his plan or just stupidity?
True, he charged the war to the deficit, - but what choice did he have?
6 years of war and occupation is expensive.
True, he gave tax cuts (charged to the deficit),
to the very richest, - who invested in other countries.
Who would have guessed chinese slave labour made such a good portfolio?
True, he allowed the VP to corrupt the constitution.
True, he set up secret gulags across the world to torture people;
but who hasn't ?
No, you are right; history is treating him unjustly.
It is his ex-supporters who should be tarred and feathered.
I wonder if he would cheer? -

B. Hussein Obummer is evil and baaaad for all Americans. This is one person who can look you in the eye and lie to you and, he knows you know he's lying. Obama has done almost irreparable harm, not only to America's image abroad, but to the security and sovereignty of our Constitution. Nevermind what the liberal media tells you. With all it's bias in reporting, only what they want you to see and hear will get through. B. Hussein Obama has ram-rodded his America-hating agenda on a fast rail to weakness with the help and influence of the liberal dem controlled congress and senate. Now, Princess Pelosi and Prince Harry Reid wants to fast track socialist legislation so that it takes only a majority vote to pass his tyrannical agenda. Take from the hard-working rich (you know, the people who really earned their wealth) and spread it to those slackers and lazy buggers who suck off the welfare system for a living. Is this just the beginning of our downfall as the most powerful nation on the planet?
Reply
In the movie "A Few Good Men", Jack Nicholson has a line at the end of the movie when he is taken into custody for ordering a code red, saying "All you have done today is weaken a country." Little did all the moronic baffoons who voted for B. Hussein Obama know at the time they put their "X" by his name in the voting booth, that their messiah would immediately begin to tear down the county he wanted to "change". One good thing is coming out of this liberal chaotic mess is, those Obama supporters are now regretting their actions. "There are none so blind as those who won't see", - unknown.-

True, but if Bush's danger level = 0,
Reply
then even .000000000000001 of danger from Obama would be 'more'.
.
Of course, Bush's danger number could have been negative
in which case Obama could be at 0 and yet still be more..
And to think I flunked Math!
But I think the best measure of how dangerous a president is,
is by the total number of people unnesesarily dead,
plus the amount of national wealth lost,
plus the nation unity destroyed.
By that math , Mr. O has got his work cut out for him if he wants to be more dangerous. -

Suddenly, belatedly, Obamatons realize that He is simply a master manipulator?

Did Obama just recently get smacked in the face with reality and change his agenda (thus enraging his clueless base) or did He have a firm grasp on reality and lie during His campaign (thus enraging his clueless base)?
Posts like this give me some hope that my fear that Obama could bullsh!t most of the people all the time would be long-lived is unfounded.
I'm slightly more inclined to class Obama as a naive, over-confidant, arrogant ideologue who was pushed into the presidential arena by a confluence of extremely serendipitous timing and events.
In any case, the emptiness of his rhetoric is finally being realized even as he spews more of it during his European victory tour. He accomplished nothing of note and comes home basically empty-handed except for assurances of further talks.
It is clear he has no internal guiding principles (except thirst for power and fame) so it is good to see the far left rise up against him.
Hopefully, puppeteers Pelosi, Reid and others will have the scales peeled from their eyes as well.-
