A slight directional miscue affects some 200 mosques in Mecca. These mosques are supposed to have a niche showing the direction of the Kaaba, an ancient cube-like building in Mecca's Grand Mosque and the most sacred Islamic site, but are apparently misaligned.

    I don't think prayers that are off by a few degrees will be lost, nor do I think God cares which direction you face when praying.
