It is funny how a couple of things can look so similar yet so different. You might still frown upon Darwin’s Evolution Theory, but the term has almost become synonymous today with anything that, with time, improves itself dramatically.

    I really don't see why we need to keep making laptops smaller. What good is slipping a mac into a manilla envelope when tossing it in your backpack with some heavy textbooks will probably crack the screen.

    I would also like to see laptops be more functional. Now that they have cameras, how about other additions?

    Try to make them lay flat or attempt the tablet pc thing again.

    Perhaps they can be more modular, so we don't need to have a condescending 17 year old at best buy or the apple store talk to us like we are morons. I've built computers before and the only reason I take mine in to get serviced ever are because the parts are hard to get and tinkering yourself voids the warranty.

    It is sometimes odd to think that cell phones are more functional than most laptops. i.e. touch screens, sim card type tech, etc.
