Although necessary for a free state...government as a whole shall not infringe that right to bear arms. This is specifically laid down by the former..who carefully thought out what the mailtia could do if it banded with the government exclusively against, "We the People".
They understood the processes that are available for a ill man...a place that can be easily advantaged among free, peaceful people.
Today we see the result of excusses...as Government is clearly positioned itself as one abusing...mentally and physically the are neglecting the truth...
Tyhe outsojme of all this is what I am concerned about...they behold a mulitude of secrets...they continue to give air as one totally innocent...but the eyes we have on either side of our heads...aree like two witnesses...and the center of the two one clear...we are not made liars as they would suspect.
One clear way to remove the need for a gun, is to remove the processes that require the gun...freely from the man who holds the gun...then he will set it down himself...have no place of power...and no one will attempt to gain that power...have no tender or token to steal...and no one will.
That is what a Democracy is...just such a place...and today I do not see one here, but I heard about one up North.

Gun and ammo sales have been booming since last fall and the reasons are as many as the firearms that have beens sold. The thing that might have kicked this boom in sales off was when Obama made his famous "clinging to guns and the bibles remark."

LOL...Fueled by PARANOIA is more like it. Cons are fearful because they live to antagonize others. Maybe if they didn't feel compelled to say or do everything they feel like (simply because they have a right to) they wouldn't be constantly looking over their shoulders. Those who live life perpetually looking in the rear view mirror are destined to cause accidents and death. ;-(

Why on earth would the economy and politics make any sane person run to buy a gun? Do people really think a gun somehow makes them more safe? That is laughable!

I'd go out and get one, but, since you have to register it, all it does is let the Government know you're going to be trouble when a law is passed for you to turn it in.

We actually have the right, and were empowered to manufacture guns, as the right to bear, would include all that was necessary for the government to do the same...remember...this is a democracy...out of control...not by guns...but the result of enforcement of tactics in the judicial the result resentment. The resentment easily develops further to revenge, when the government takes the position of one with a death ear in non acknowlegement.
Vested, is a condition not up for discussion...but discussions between parties within these borders follow what the first amendment states as freedom of speach...which requires one to walk away at times to avoid conflict...verbal assault too, is defined in two stages...slander or liable. I used or here, due to the fact that it takes at least two parties to carry on a conversation, hear-say is easily established accross the wires of a telephone.
This examples...how things change in one respect, yet do not in another. The right to bear arms, does not necessarily mean intent to wage war, but...to deter the government from removing the rights established by the congress that authored the 2nd amendment...it would be the conclusion after sufficient advertizement of the whole affair. That's why there is a clause for freedom of the press, the right to peacefully assemble, the right to file a petition of redress of grievances...the right to practice religion freely...the right for Congress to establish religion clearly removed...and the statements later in the 14th amendment that state persons born or naturalized and subject to the jursdiction thereof, are citizens. Thats the universal clause...as we do have unversal laws in place since 1948...that address the whole world with our views of human rights.
Congress knew...that if one were satisfactorily statured with immunities and priveleges, they would not be able to bring a trial of equity against them...no matter if they were a citizen here or a foreign citizen (ref:11th amendment)
All these point one direction...a free state...free, at peace and enjoying tranquility.

Fear mongering faux noise with their visions of nazi storm troopers and every other word facism or socialism, and they tow the company line set forth by the neocon zionist Roger Ailes, tool for the mogal tabloid hatemonger Murdock to fill the empty minds and hypocrite ignorant rednecks craniums with racism and fear and hate......that is what is increasing gun sales.

Gun sales are increasiong with direct proportion to watching Faux Noise and listening to the porcine closet pedophile coward, Drug Limpboy. Not to mention the coward employees of Roger Ailes, who have to ask permission to scratch their coward non-journalisic arses, Hannity, O'reily, and all those other brown shirt seig heiling cowards.
