NEW YORK - A US prosecutor said Thursday that two government psychiatrists had concluded that Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani neuroscientist charged with trying to kill American soldiers and F.B.I. agents in Afghanistan, had been faking her symptoms of mental illness.
