A military team sent to evaluate electrical problems at U.S. facilities in Iraq determined there was a high risk that flawed wiring could cause further catastrophic results _ namely, the electrocutions of U.S. soldiers.

    I am not surprised that the war profiteers KBR continue to do shoddy work. I am a bit surprised, however, to read that we have 90,000 "facilities" in Iraq. There are less than 30,000 cities in the entire U.S.

    How did they count this?

      Let me guess...They won a no compete bid for the business and have connections with the former administration.
      How come the magic hand of the Free Market didn't seem to count when awarding contracts to other Cheney suck-asses?

        the iraqis don't have to worry about electrocution. they'll need electricity for that to happen
