    The problem is the cars not the alcohol. If there were neighborhood bars in most places, people could walk. Some people are just bad drivers, sober or drunk. The DUI obsession is a cop-out, refusing to acknowledge how dangerous and short sited the whole idea that everyone should have a car is.
