ummm...You Can't Say "garlic can be used to reduce the risk of cancer" ...The FDA Has Not Accepted It....they dont have time to pretend to evaluate anything that doesn't get funded by Big Pharma....

Alicin (the chemical that is released when FRESH garlic is cut or crushed) is it's defense against disease and pests....nature spent lots of years developing it to perfection. It does Work. Next time you feel yourself getting a cold...chew on a small clove of garlilc...inhale the alicin that is released (much like an onion does) when you chew it and yes it's a bit firey...it will destroy harmful bacterias and such it comes into contact with.
