North Dakota House Passes HR59 for State Sovereignty »
Posted By populist 8 months, 2 weeks ago in NewsOn April 7, 2009, the North Dakota House of Representatives passed House Concurrent Resolution 59 (HR59) “affirming North Dakota’s sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and to demand the federal government halt its practice of assuming powers and imposing mandates on the states for purposes not enumerated in the Constitution of the United States.”

The way things are going, with the country eventually I am sure tat the US Government will be dissolved, thereby eliminating all national debt.. state militias better standby though because there are many who would attack us as soon as look at us.. I fear that the US will soon become a lawless nation like Somalia because the very CORE of the US Constitution has been trampled by the presidency for far too many 'SCORES' now (BTW a SCORE is 20 yrs if you aren't certain)

North Dakota has been receiving more federal dollars
than it has been giving, for years.
It's like some kind of leach on the tax system.
Let it be free;
so it will better understand,
there is no free lunch.
