Obama's Radical Foreign Policy Sacrifices Sovereignty »

Posted By pc25 7 months, 2 weeks ago in Political News

While North Korea's missile test shows just how menacing the world can be, Barack Obama has unveiled a radical foreign policy. This policy leaves American troops carrying all the risks in overseas combat, while lowering our defenses at the same time that dangerous regimes are developing their means of mass destruction. It also subjects American companies to foreign socialistic control, as European leaders speak about a new, secular global order no longer led by the United States. President Obama is sacrificing our sovereignty and safety in an increasingly perilous world that rejects American value

President Obama has shown that he supports a foreign policy that the radical left has wanted since the 1960s. Change we can believe in? It's going to be a long four years.

Too Much Humility in the Age of Obama

WASHINGTON -- President Obama set great expectations for himself on his first European diplomatic trip to test his new get-along-by-going-along foreign policy. And it was a complete success, according to the gushing reports from the news media.

Not everyone agreed with that assessment. Obama certainly proved "that he can work smoothly and productively with a wide range of foreign leaders -- provided that he allows them to set the agenda," remarked the Washington Post's foreign-policy analyst Jackson Diehl.

You know look at that's gone down in less than three months,,,,,, then these knuckleheads tell us we "need to give Obama time" and we are wrong to be upset, especially since some of us voted for Bush, but dang, just think what these guys can 'do' with a full 4 years or (shudder) 8?

Wow what a suprise! Another medacious artlcle from AmericanThinker.

"President Obama is sacrificing our sovereignty and safety in an increasingly perilous world that rejects American values."

I think it is the Values of American hegemony with the newest form "Pre-emptive wars" that the world is rejecting. Claiming democracy while supporting brutal dicators who are favorable to American business interest is an unsustainable hypocritcal policy that has come home to bite us in the butt.

However, I believe the world embraces the New America as a partner not the dictator of the world.

Just look at this European trip and the immediate aftermath:

          1) Russia is elevated into summit talks about disarmament, when they have had nuclear weapons for 60 years and can't maintain their current stockpile.

          2) N. Korea send off a ballistic missle while the President of the US is talking about disarmament. He threatens them with the UN, who can't even issue a comment.

          3) Europe is providing some support troops to stay in the rear with the gear in Afghanistan. Germans there still can't fire their weapons, and the US is ramping up alone.

          4) Europe didn't go along with increased stimulus spending. (to their credit.)

          5) The US presient apologises for savery, native American Indian policy, arrogance, and trashed the previou President while on foreign soil in countries responsible for the slave trade, Armenian genocide, Hitler, colonialism, and many other wrongs that go along with their positive contributions.

          6) The US agrees to unconditional talks with Iran regarding nuclear weapons and the next day Iran announces new capacity to make nuclear weapons.

          7) Pirates board a ship at sea and take an American hostage. First time this has happened since 1804. The next day they make another, but unsuccessful, attempt.

          8) Congressional delegation goes to Cuba and returns with gushing accounts of the Castros. No visit to dissidents or comments on the dire economic and social conditions in the country.

With his feet planted on the same continent where are buried thousands of Americans who died to free that continent, Barack Hussein Obama called America arrogant.

With his feet planted on the same desert sand where Americans were murdered by Saudi terrorists, where Christianity is forbidden, and where children are taught that Jews descended from apes and swine, Barack Hussein Obama bowed before a Saudi tribal chieftain.

          Any questions?

The last time America fought a war with itself, it did away with the system whereby the few benefit from the labor of the many.

The next war America fights with itself, it will do away with the system whereby the few benefit from the labor of the many.

          from the UK Telegraph:

"Barack is not the first New World ingenue to discover that European leaders will load him with praise, struggle sycophantically to be photographed with him and outdo him in Utopian rhetoric.

But when it comes to the critical moment of opening their wallets - suddenly it is flag-day in Aberdeen. Okay, put the G20 down to inexperience, beginner's nerves, what you will."

I'm guessing if Obama's foreign policy sacrifices anything, it is US hegemony, and I doubt it goes far enough at that.

Obama admitted past U.S. misbehavior! That is surely a sign of weakness...or maybe, perhaps, a sign of renewed strength? Or maybe, it's just being honest, a quality the Bush Administration eschewed.

Once again ... I must thank pc25 ... for providing me with the most astonishing fun.

I was so bored with addressing the accounting for my business ... that this thread was a GREAT diversion.

How people can actually post these stories with a straight face is pretty funny in itself ... how people actually come on and voice their support is purely astonishing.

So, once again ... thanks pc25 ... for proving that The Right Wing in Modern America is chock full of the looniest nutjobs on the face of the Earth.

And I wouldn't have it any other way!

              LOL!!!
