As Washington cracks down on compensation and tightens regulation of banks, a brain drain is occurring at some of the biggest ones. They are some of the same banks blamed for setting off the worst downturn since the Depression.

I agree...There are not any banks with talent of the economic end...they might sing good but (talent:endowment: natural abilities or qualities ref:wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn) there is nothing natural about the use of money...oh...unless you agree with it's deminishing aspects...their use upon us.
